个人简介


  1985年于华东理工大学应用化学系获工学学士学位,1999年于中国科十大网赌网站北京化学所获理学博士学位。2001年至2003年为日本科学技术振兴事业团(JST)外国人研究员,参加JST-CREST纳米芯片技术的研制及基因组解析应用项目的研究工作,主要从事多通道微流控芯片构建与应用的研究。2003年至2010年为日本产业技术综合研究所(AIST)外国人特别研究员,先后参加了日本经济产业省单分子DNA测序系统的开发和Point-of-Care生物芯片診断装置的研究开发等项目的研究工作。期间,首次论证了纤维素和表面活性剂等表面活性分子在疏水固体表面的自发吸附是由氢键支配、有序协同的过程;首次从分子层面阐明固体表面动态与静态吸着修饰方法的作用机理。在Anal. Chem., Langmuir, Labchip, Electrophoresis, J. Chromatogr. A等SCI源期刊杂志上发表论文二十多篇,SCI“他引”200余次。

  目前研究兴趣主要集中在高集成高通量微流控芯片系统构建及其生物大分子和生物标志物分析方法的研究;蛋白质在固体表面吸附机制及新型表面修饰材料和方法的研究;无机多孔纳米材料在生物样品抽提、富集及在芯片电泳中应用的研究; 微流控芯片电泳,色谱/质谱在线联用及其在蛋白质组中应用的研究。
